Terms and Conditions: Eagers Automotive Parts Be a Winner incentive 2023

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into this promotion is an acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be declared void.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
3. The promotion will run for three (3) months and will commence at 8.00am AEST on 1st September 2023 and will close at 5.00pm AEST on 30^th November 2023. Entries will not be accepted before 8.00am AEST on 1st September 2023 or after 5.00pm AEST on 30^th November 2023.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. This promotion is open exclusively to Eagers Automotive Parts (promoter) Mechanical Repair and Collision Repair customers.
6. Employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Promoter’s franchisees, participating stores, prize suppliers, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee, officer or contractor.
7. For Mechanical Repair customers: To receive one automatic entry into the draw, customers must purchase $200.00 worth of genuine parts. Every $200.00 spend earns the Mechanical Repairer 1 entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of times each site can enter. For Collision Repair customers: To receive one automatic entry into the draw, customers must purchase $500.00 worth of genuine parts. Every $500.00 spend earns the Collision Repairer 1 entry into the prize draw. There is no limit to the number of times each site can enter.
8. There will be one (1) Major Prize draw and will have twenty (10) Prize winners drawn at random. 5 for Mechanical Customers and 5 for Panel Repair Customers.
9. The first tickets drawn at random will win a 75” Smart TV. The Second tickets drawn at random will win a 65” Smart TV. The Third, Fourth and Fifth ticket drawn at random will win a $500 Good Guys Gift Card.
10. All eligible orders that are received by 5.00pm AEST on 30^th November 2023 will go into the draw to win a prize. Any orders that are cancelled and/or amended resulting in the transaction not fulfilling the eligibility requirements, the entry will be deemed invalid.
11. Entries will be selected at random by the Promoter’s representative by random number selector and witnessed by a Justice of the peace at 180 Holt Street. Pinkenba. Qld 4008. Drawn on the 06/12/2023. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified by phone and email. If a prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
12. The prizes will be awarded to the registered owner of each Workshop. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
13. The prize will be distributed to the winners within 2 weeks of the prize draw. The Promoter may require the prize winners to be available for public relations photography and the prize winners agree to allow these photographs to be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter and its associated entities.
14. In the event of a prize not being claimed within three (3) months of the draw, the winner’s entry will be deemed not to meet the entry requirements and the Promoter will conduct such further draws as are necessary on the same terms and conditions as the main draw at Eagers Automotive Parts 180 Holt Street, Pinkenba, Qld 4008 in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by that date subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) or any other relevant authority.
15. The Promoter, and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and consequential losses), suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the receipt and use of a prize or any act or omission (including without limitation in negligence) of the Promoter, any participating retailers and their agencies and companies or any person associated with any of them, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any tax implications, including fringe benefits tax implications that may arise. Independent financial advice should be sought. 17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entries in this promotion will be held by the Promoter for the purposes of this promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with the entrants and to State and Territory lottery departments. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants’ names and addresses may be included in a database, disclosed to the Promoter’s business partners and used for future mailing campaigns by the Promoter and its business partners. 18.
