Return of goods
A: If goods are returned within 14 days from date of supply – invoice value less 10%
B: If goods are returned 15-21 days from date of supply – invoice value less 20%
C: Goods “specially procured” are not eligible for return for credit
Goods not in original packaging are not eligible for return for credit
D: All electrical goods, trims and workshop manuals are not eligible for return for credit
E: Painted parts are not acceptable for credit
NO RETURNS accepted after a period of 21 days from date of supply.
